LEARNING LINKS

A variety of learning links are provided below. There are Publisher Resources, which are resources connected to our school curriculum and Non-Publisher Related Resources. For non-publisher related resources, parents will need to create accounts in order for students to access the sites.

 

Individual teachers may have accounts created for your students. Students can use that log in information if they are aware of it, if not you can create a new one.

MOBYMAX

Grades: TK-8

Students in grades K-5 can access curriculum in all subject areas. Moby Max is used as intervention, enrichment or reinforcement.

  • Locate their school. If you don't have the schools code, you can locate it by the name of the school.

  • Then, students can use their 6 digit CVUSD ID number as their username and password.

Grades: 1-5

Connect Ed is the platform for our Treasures Reading curriculum.

 

Students will log in with CV + their 6 digit CVUSD ID number as their username and password.

Grades: 1-2

All our students in first and second grade have access to Raz Kids. Raz Kids is an online guided reading program with interactive ebooks, downloadable books, and reading quizzes.

Many of our classrooms use Prodigy for math fact practice. Prodigy is an engaging math fact practice, where students can play with each other online. Join more than million students, teachers, parents and school leaders using our zero cost math learning platform for grades 1–8!

BrainPop is a group of educational websites with over 1,000 short animated movies for students in grades K-12, together with quizzes and related materials, covering the subjects of science, social studies, English, math, engineering and technology, health, and arts and music.

THINK CENTRAL

Grades: K-5

Think Central is the platform for our Go Math curriculum. Most teachers will be using Go Math for math assignments during distance learning.

Students will log in with their 6 digit CVUSD ID number as their username and password.

ROSETTA STONE

Grades: K - 5

Students will need to log in using Google Chrome, and then enter their username (student ID) and password (student ID) to access this ELD curriculum.

All Kindergarten students have access to Reading Eggs. Reading Eggs is the online reading program that helps children learn to read. Hundreds of online reading lessons, phonics games and books for ages 2–13.

MATH SEEDS

Grades: K

All our students in Kindergarten have access to Math Seeds. Mathseeds teaches kids aged 3-9 core math and problem solving skills with fun online math games and activities. TK students are welcome to visit the website for a free trial.

YouCubed is a free K-12 math resource from Stanford University's Graduate School of Education. Tasks are activities that can be filtered by grade, level of difficulty, concept, MP standard, and topic. They can be downloaded as PDFs.

Educational games and videos from Curious George, Wild Kratts and other PBS KIDS shows!
